Job Description
- To perform field sampling or testing accordance to approve methodologies
- To prepare field test report
- To check the completeness of site sampling information, including field work data, sample submission form and field sampling photos and update into system
- To transfer or download logged data from field sampling equipment and field-testing equipment
- To assist in drafting and revising work instruction and worksheets
- Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner
- Follows and enforces company health and safety policies
- Assist senior in preparing all the necessary sampling devices and sampler for field work
- Assist senior in calibration and maintenance of field work sampling and testing equipment
- Assist senior to carry out sampling or testing at sampling site
- To perform other job-related duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemistry related.
- Min of 2 years working experience in relevant field in Chemistry.
- Basic working experience with computer (MS Office)
- Valid driving license and clean driving record
- Able and willing to work outdoor in adverse conditions
- Able to lift minimum of 50 pounds (22.72kg) and not fear of height
- Willing to work outdoor in adverse conditions
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Discipline and puncture
- Professional work ethic and high level of personnel integrity
- Able to work outside normal office hours according to team workloads
- Perform task independently with minimum supervision
