Job Description

  • Organize and manage the final testing phase of the project with the team, project manager, engineering, and QA, ensuring it aligns with the project scope and deadline
  • Follow the project plan and use the manufacturing escalation process for unexpected issues.
  • Complete final test checklists accurately, aiming for zero defects.
  • Conduct final tests based on specific customer requirements, aiming for zero defects.
  • Collaborate with the setup team to improve module setup continuously, focusing on zero defects.
  • Work with the engineering team to enhance design rules/templates (mechanical, hardware, software, vision) with zero defects in mind.
  • Engage with the project management team to improve customer requirements and samples management with zero defects in mind.
  • Log all issues in the tracking database for continuous improvement.
  • Use accurate tools, jigs, and instructions for tasks, including calibrated measuring tools and control documents.
  • Actively learn and improve skills over time, following the annual training plan.
  • Practice 5S daily in the work area, maintaining tools and jigs in good condition and ensuring orderly arrangement of materials.
  • Follow safe work procedures and use personal protective equipment as instructed (safety boots, earplugs, safety glasses, face mask).
  • Provide support for field service jobs, with limited travel (less than 10 trips per year) within the country or overseas if required.
  • Align with the company's vision, mission, and annual plan, offering full support for success.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of related technical experience.
  • Associates degree/Diploma or equivalent technical experience.
  • Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and detailed blueprints; use common tools and mechanical fixtures; possess electro-mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to use diagnostic terminal at advanced level.
