Finance & Accounts Executive

Position : Finance & Accounts Executive

Location: Jalan Universiti, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

Industry: Pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical

Employment Type : 9 months contract via PERSOL

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: RM4,500 to RM6,500 (based on experience & skills)

What You'll Be Doing

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Handle inventory accounting, costing analysis, transfer pricing, and stock take activities.
• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Payroll accounting processes.
• Collaborate closely with BPO partners to ensure timely and accurate finance operations.
• Manage intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, cash applications, and collections activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and local statutory requirements.
• Participate in finance transformation, process improvement, and optimization initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, month-end closing, and financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
