Job Description

Who We Are

Spemocean is a leading offshore oil & gas service provider with operations across Qatar, Dubai, Thailand, and China. Based in Singapore, we support global offshore drilling and production projects and are expanding rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Statutory Reporting

  • Handle full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing, FS reporting, tax filing, and AGM preparation.
  • Prepare monthly cashflow, budget vs actual forecasts, and project P&L reports.

AR / AP & Contracts

  • Prepare AR invoices, AR timesheets, AP payments, and verify invoices and supporting documents.
  • Review client, vendor, and crew contracts.

Corporate Compliance & Operations

  • Manage renewal of company licenses, bank loan documents, and grants.
  • Prepare ISO documentation and support audit activities.
  • Process CEO claims, employee and crew claims, and assist with crew ticketing and payslips.

Stakeholder Liaison & Administration

  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, crew, and vendors.
  • Support general administration tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
  • Strong command of English
  • Meticulous, independent, and able to manage tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
