Key Responsibilities
Financial & Statutory Reporting
- Handle full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing, FS reporting, tax filing, and AGM preparation.
- Prepare monthly cashflow, budget vs actual forecasts, and project P&L reports.
AR / AP & Contracts
- Prepare AR invoices, AR timesheets, AP payments, and verify invoices and supporting documents.
- Review client, vendor, and crew contracts.
Corporate Compliance & Operations
- Manage renewal of company licenses, bank loan documents, and grants.
- Prepare ISO documentation and support audit activities.
- Process CEO claims, employee and crew claims, and assist with crew ticketing and payslips.
Stakeholder Liaison & Administration
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, crew, and vendors.
- Support general administration tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
- Strong command of English
- Meticulous, independent, and able to manage tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
