About the RoleMOST Analyst
1. Responsible for coordinating, developing and preparing monthly/quarterly management reports presented to senior management/group office/Board.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders to develop report contents, manages the review cycles, and support business strategy team to ensure timely submission of management reports to senior management/group office.
3. Work collaboratively with actuarial team, business strategy team, channels etc to continuously improve budgeting and forecasting process.
4. Manage the expense closing by ensuring expenses are captured in accounting system accurately and timely on monthly basis.
5. Perform analysis and prepare commentary on expense and income to management, group office and relevant stakeholders.
6. Provide support on ad-hoc request/analysis from management and other stakeholders.
Minimum Job Requirements:
.Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accountancy qualifications.
.Minimum 2 years relevant working experience. Experience working in Financial Services / Insurance will be an added advantage.
.Computer literate with good proficiency in MS Excel and SAP are added advantage.
.Ability to work independently and possess good problem-solving skills.
.Ability to effectively interface with various stakeholders.
.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
