HIRING: FINANCE ANALYST (FP&A AUTOMATION & AR)

Are you a Finance professional who loves turning manual spreadsheets into automated masterpieces We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur for a 12-month mission-critical contract!

This role sits at the intersection of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Accounts Receivable (AR), focusing heavily on process automation using advanced Excel.

Role Overview:

• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Open to Local Malaysians Only)
• Tenure: 12-Month Contract
• Experience: 4 5 Years in Finance/Accounting
• Start Date: March 2026 (or earlier)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Automation: Lead the automation of Budget compilation, Cost Centre reporting, and Expense trend processes.
• AR & Intercompany: Manage intercompany billings, collections, reconciliations, and journal postings.
• Cost Management: Oversee intercompany cost allocations and recharges.
• Data Strategy: Utilize advanced Excel (VBA/Macros) to manage and interpret large datasets.

What We Are Looking For:

• The Excel Guru: Advanced skills in Macros and VBA are mandatory.
• The SAP User: Familiarity with SAP systems and sub-systems.
• The Technical Accountant: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, local laws, and regulations.
• The Communicator: Ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
