Description
- Conduct product costing and pricing for new products and periodically review costs for existing products across both RP and Flexible business divisions.
- Deliver product and segment analysis covering pricing, mix, cost, and other key drivers to support profitability initiatives.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including detailed production cost analysis, cost of sales review, inventory valuation testing, standard cost setting, and variance analysis.
- Recommend strategies to reduce expenses, boost revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor execution of financial plans to drive business growth, perform risk assessments, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Apply analytical expertise to support monthly rolling forecasts and the budgeting process for operations.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
- Possess hands-on experience in product costing, product pricing and revenue/cost analysis
- Familiarity with accounting standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
