Your new role
As the Finance Analyst, you will need to:
- Conducts comprehensive cost analysis across repairs, raw materials, transport, plant operations and CAPEX, while identifying optimisation opportunities and improving data granularity.
- Develops business cases and financial models for new projects, evaluates supplychain contracts, and performs postinvestment reviews to measure returns.
- Leads financial planning and forecasting for direct costs, delivering accurate projections, insightful variance analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Manages month end closing and reporting, ensuring timely, structured outputs that clearly communicate performance drivers, costsaving progress and required metrics for transformation initiatives.
- Collaborates closely with stakeholders across finance and non finance teams to gather assumptions, validate inputs, support decision making, and ensure reporting meets business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Brings 3-5 years of relevant experience, consistently delivering outputs according to structured workplans and tight deadlines.
- Skilled in extracting and transforming data from ERP and BW systems, turning raw data into meaningful formats for reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrates strong analytical capability, with a track record of producing insights that directly support and enhance decisionmaking.
- Works effectively with both finance and nonfinance stakeholders, providing support, gathering inputs, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Possesses solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to accurate planning cycles.
- Proactively challenges the status quo, seeking improvements that lead to better outcomes and stronger business impact.
