Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Manage budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis.
- Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and manage tax reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Partner with management on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.
- Drive process improvements and enhance financial systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification is an added advantage).
- At least 7 years years of relevant experience, including people management.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
