Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day office finance and administration, including accounting, payroll, documentation, and coordination of office activities.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping systems and ensure documents are well organised.
  • Handle full set of basic accounting functions.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and follow up on payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and processing of staff claims.
  • Assist in monthly closing, preparation of basic financial reports, and support audit requirements.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, banks, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
