Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Prepare financial reports and submissions for the Global office Handle company income tax, service tax, and withholding tax matters Liaise with auditors, bankers, and the company secretary Guide, review, and support junior team members provide coaching as required Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls Assist with ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Assistant Manager: 4-6 years | Manager: 7-10 years of relevant working experience Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or leading finance staff Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems Good communication skills and the ability to work with local and global stakeholders
