Purpose of the Role
- Manage GL & record daily AP payment
- Ensure payments, amounts and records are correct
Expectations of the Role:
- Invoice processing and filing
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve
- Process invoice, petty cash and staff claim (with timeline) in the system effectively and ensure
- Maintain system data and configuration vendor, cost centre, profit centre etc
- Process intercompany invoice, billing, payment and perform reconciliation
- Report to manager on a timely manner on the operational issues, system leakage and problematic users.
- Develops and maintains ad-hoc works as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned when required.
Attributes Required:
Must-Have:
- Professional bachelor's degree in accounting/ finance
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Familiar with SAP system
