Finance Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and management dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user journeys, process flows, and UAT scenarios
• Conduct detailed profit and loss analysis to identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform revenue analysis to evaluate business performance, pricing strategies, and growth drivers.
• Analyze revenue trends and business performance to support growth strategies and profitability.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Leverage ERP systems to enhance financial reporting, analysis, and process efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of regulatory reports in compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, investment evaluation, and business decisions.
• Act as a coordination point across business, technology, compliance, and operations teams to ensure alignment
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and materials for client discussions and stakeholder engagements

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business finance, or a related role
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Experience with SAP, Oracle Financials, or other ERP systems
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
• Experience in financial modelling and business performance analysis
• Prior exposure to payments, fintech, e-wallets, banking, or other regulated financial services environment
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex business needs into actionable requirement
• Experience supporting proposals, client-facing documentation, or presentation deck preparation is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholder
