Financial and Business Analysis: Support business growth by providing financial insights and analysis; conduct monthly financial and business reviews to identify trends and offer decision-making support.
Budgeting and Review: Complete annual budget preparation and monthly reviews in accordance with group directives.
Contract Review: Examine various contracts from a financial perspective to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and group requirements.
Financial Reporting: Coordinate with headquarters teams and auditors to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual), meeting both headquarters and local requirements.
Financial System and Process Improvement: Optimize financial systems and automate processes to enhance efficiency; drive continuous improvement in accounting and financial management processes.
Other Tasks: Coordinate with headquarters on other financial and accounting-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Based in Penang; proficient in English.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in professional auditing or the real estate industry.
In-depth understanding of financial processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels.
Proactive, independent, analytical, and results-oriented.
