As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions, optimize investments, and drive sustainable growth

What You'll

• Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Evaluate business initiatives, promotions, and investment opportunities.
• Monitor business performance and budget utilization, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial governance and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and process excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry is a plus.
