Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Controller, Brand & Commercial Finance to support financial governance, reporting accuracy, and performance management across our Brand & Commercial functions. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of financial reporting, oversee budget tracking and month-end close activities, and provide meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial discipline, reporting excellence, and continuous process improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Lead month-end closing activities for Brand & Commercial functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Monitor and track spending against budgets, providing variance analysis and actionable insights on key cost drivers.
  • Review and manage accruals, cost recognition, and financial postings to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Ensure financial data integrity through accurate cost allocation, reporting validation, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and performance insights to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain budget visibility and support budget deployment through accurate system updates and reporting.
  • Partner with Brand, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders to provide clarity on spending, budget utilization, and financial performance.
  • Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, financial controls, and system automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in Financial Controlling, Management Reporting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related finance functions.
  • Solid understanding of month-end close processes, accruals, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in process optimization and reporting automation.
