What You'll Be Doing
- Daily Finance Operation & Reconciliation: Reconcile daily loan disbursements and repayments between system records and bank statements, resolving variances promptly.
- Payments & AP: Prepare and process supplier/vendor payments via bank portals/FPX with proper approvals, documentation, and coding.
- Bookkeeping & Reporting: Record journals, accruals, and adjustments, assist in month-end close, and prepare management reporting packs (P&L, BS, CF) with schedules.
- Audit & Compliance Support: Support compliance tasks including einvoicing, SST/WHT documentation, filing, and records retention for audit readiness.
- Loan Support: Assist borrowers with eligibility checks, documentation, agreements, and fund disbursement throughout the financing process.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries professionally across email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Maintain Records & Feedback Loop: Maintain accurate records of interactions and gather feedback to improve products, services, and user experience.
Are You the One
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Comfortable with excel, spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis for finance operations.
- Financial Accuracy: Strong attention to detail in reconciliations, bookkeeping, and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to investigate variances, prepare schedules, and support compliance documentation.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional engagement with customers across email, chat, and phone. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Organizational Skills: Capability to maintain accurate records and support monthend close processes.
- Adaptability & Multitasking: Flexibility to handle both finance operations and customer support tasks.
- SelfMotivation & Growth: Demonstrates initiative, is resultsdriven, and eager to learn continuously.
