Key Responsibilities:

Finance Datamart Ownership

• Own and manage the Finance Datamart supporting product-level profitability analytics

• Maintain and enhance the financial data model used for the Product P&L framework

• Ensure data consistency with finance systems and financial reporting

Financial Data Architecture

• Translate finance business requirements into data models and system logic

• Vendor & Technology Management

• Work closely with vendors implementing the finance datamart platform

• Manage vendor deliverables, project milestones, and system enhancements

• Lead UAT, data validation, and system testing processes

Data Governance & Quality

• Establish governance framework for financial data

• Ensure integrity, traceability, and reconciliation of financial data

• Maintain clear data definitions and documentation

Analytics Enablement

• Enable finance and business teams to leverage the datamart for analytics and performance management

• Support development of dashboards and analytical capabilities

Requirements:

Education

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

• 6-10 years experience in banking finance, finance systems, or financial data management

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of data warehouse architectures, and database structures

• Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools

• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau

Project & Vendor Experience

• Experience implementing finance data warehouse or finance datamart in banking.

• Familiarity with product profitability, FTP allocation, and banking financial data structures.
