Finance Director

Finance Director (Head of Finance) — Professional Services | Regional Role (SG/MY/ID) Join one of Asia's fastest‑growing cyber resilience firms as we scale from consultancy to a platform‑led managed services provider. We are seeking a Finance Director to lead our regional finance function, strengthen financial governance, and provide clear visibility into performance across multiple entities.

What You'll Lead

• Statutory reporting across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia
• Monthly management reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
• Annual budgeting & operating planning (AOP)
• Financial modelling, scenario planning, and profitability analysis
• Unit economics across service lines, geographies, and delivery teams
• Margin discipline, pricing frameworks, utilisation and project economics
• Multi‑entity finance operations and audit cycles
• Development of a high‑performing regional finance team

What You Bring

• 8–12 years in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance leadership
• Experience in professional services (consulting, cybersecurity, tech services, engineering, legal, etc.)
• Strong technical accounting and statutory reporting capability
• Deep understanding of utilisation, margin management, and project‑based economics
• Advanced financial modelling and forecasting skills
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA preferred
