Finance Director - Web 3 (open to WFH)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Generate cash flow statements, balance sheets, and management reports
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Handle crypto transactions including token payments, revenue recognition, and conversion tracking
• Reconcile multi-chain wallets and ensure accurate categorization of digital assets
• Implement and optimize financial systems and processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA) or equivalent is an advantage
• At least 10 years of experience in accounting, fintech, crypto, or blockchain industry experience is preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Experience with financial audits and regulatory reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
