Finance ERP Specialist

Are you passionate about finance systems and digital transformation Acclime Group is looking for a Finance ERP Specialist to join our dynamic Group Finance team in Kuala Lumpur! In this role, you'll lead the migration from legacy systems to modern ERP platforms across multiple business units, working with tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Xero, and Planful. You'll play a key part in optimizing financial processes, driving automation, and ensuring seamless system integration.

What You'll Do

• Lead ERP system migrations and integrations across diverse business units.
• Collaborate with finance teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP platforms.
• Build and maintain financial reports and planning models using Planful.
• Provide user training and support across finance systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards.
• Continuously improve finance processes through automation and system enhancements.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations and ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Business Central, Xero, and Planful.
• Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven track record in system migration and implementation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Bonus Points For

• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ERP-related).
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• SQL or scripting knowledge for data analysis.
