Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Finance Executive (Contract) to support daily finance operations, financial analysis, and the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial records, support data migration activities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and update financial transactions accurately
• Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items
• Support data extraction, cleansing, and validation activities for migration into Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of historical financial records
• Document issues and assist in troubleshooting system or data-related discrepancies
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Skills and Competencies Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of transactions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across different stakeholders
• A collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and contributes positively to team dynamics
• Well-organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
