Job Description

Are you a young Finance professional with 2 to 3 years of experience who:

  3. Is a hands-on professional willing to assume multiple hats and responsibilities beyond original responsibilties
In return, you will be in the driving seat for future leadership role with our Client who has a superior Artificial Intelligence (AI) product that helps industrial companies to be more effective and efficient with their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and manage travel logistics for team members and leadership.
  • Oversee internal documentation, update company procedures, and maintain organised records.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including helping prepare and coordinate external appointments and team-related activities.


Financial Support & Coordination

  • Manage routine financial tasks such as processing invoices, handling payroll-related items, and administering staff/vendor reimbursements.
  • Prepare outgoing billing documents and follow up on incoming payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash movement, and compile simple financial summaries.
  • Contribute to budgeting, expense reviews, and initiatives that support financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external finance partners (e.g., accounting, audit, or tax service providers) to ensure regulatory adherence.


Compliance & Documentation Management

  • Take charge of applications for relevant certifications, regulatory requirements, and IP-related matters when necessary.
  • Oversee upkeep of business licences, permits, insurance matters, and other corporate filings.
  • Maintain contracts and vendor documentation, ensuring proper tracking and storage.


Key Requirements:


  • Possess at least a Degree in Accounting/Finance and relevant bookkeeping experience.
  • Highly motivated and genuinely keen to be in a start-up environment.
  • Possess strong communication and articulation skills.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
  • Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills.
