Job Requirement:l The candidate must possess at least a bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or a Professional Qualification in accounting with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in any Manufacturing industry.
l Fluent in English andBahasa Malaysia.
l Required skill(s): MUST have at least 5 years working experience in Full Set Account.
l A team-player who is resourceful and able to work with minimum guidance.
l Willing to work over-time when there is target/ timeline to meet.
l Target-oriented and organized with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
l Willing to work in Kulai, Johor.
l Perform full set of accounts.
l Manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
l Preparation of monthly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc reports.
l Preparation of annual budgets, monitoring actual performance against budget and monitoring corrective action plans.
l Perform variance analysis on actual results against budget.
l Monitor cash flow independently and prepare monthly cash flow projection.
l Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.
l Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matters.
l Assist in designing and implementing improvement in controls and establishing.
l Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
l Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
l Liaise with company internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries etc. whenever necessary.
l Review and advise the Management on the potential business risk that may arise from the change in the statutory requirements for cross-border investment, forex risk etc.
