FINANCE EXECUTIVE

• Responsible for customer account reconciliation and settlement
• Handle invoicing and reconciliation tasks, including reviewing supporting vouchers
• Review and process customer rebate applications
• Regularly summarize and analyze the status of customer rebates
• Assist in improving and developing internal workflows, processes, and systems

Requirement:

• Major in Finance or related field
• At least 3 years of accounting work experience
• Careful, responsible, with strong learning ability
• Certain communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Malay
