Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards, and statutory tax regulations.
Oversee daily accounting operations, including billing, collections, claim verification, payments, fund transfers, bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and general bookkeeping.
Produce monthly management reports and analyze variances against budget and prior-year performance.
Execute operational finance functions to support day-to-day financial activities.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and support ongoing budget monitoring and cost control.
Perform cash flow forecasting and continuously monitor and manage company liquidity.
Support audit, tax, company secretarial, and banking matters, acting as a liaison with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions.
Review internal accounting and operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Handle ad-hoc assignments and finance-related projects as assigned by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 13 years of relevant accounting experience.
Prior audit experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCount is an added advantage.
Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally.
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines proactively.
