Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards, and statutory tax regulations.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including billing, collections, claim verification, payments, fund transfers, bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and general bookkeeping.
  • Produce monthly management reports and analyze variances against budget and prior-year performance.
  • Execute operational finance functions to support day-to-day financial activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and support ongoing budget monitoring and cost control.
  • Perform cash flow forecasting and continuously monitor and manage company liquidity.
  • Support audit, tax, company secretarial, and banking matters, acting as a liaison with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions.
  • Review internal accounting and operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and finance-related projects as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 13 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Prior audit experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCount is an added advantage.
  • Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines proactively.
