Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare journal voucher, data entry as well as to prepare full set of accounts for monthly closing
2. Reconcile general ledger accounts, including a detailed analysis of expenditures for proper account coding and accuracy
3. Assist in reviewing staff claims as per company T&E policy
4. Assisting in schedule preparation for audit and tax agents.
5. Prepare tax estimation and tax submission
6. Assisting in preparing Monthly management report, other closing report and analyzing finance result reporting
7. Handle Accounts Payable and receivable
8. Provide a day-to-day finance and admin related support to other teams
9. Handle ad hoc tasks as and when required
10. Assist in group consolidation and do variance analysis (actual vs budget)

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Degree in accounting or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experiences in a similar role
• Proficiency in Excel skills
• Strong commitment and a sense of urgency towards deadlines
