Finance Executive (Renewable Energy - Solar)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and project requirements.
• Prepare accurate daily and weekly cash flow forecasts and reports.
• Assist in preparing project-level cash flow forecasts and funding plans, including tracking inflows and outflows for each project.
• Collaborate with project and finance teams to monitor actual cash movements against budgeted plans.
• Liaise with bankers on matters related to deposits, loan drawdowns, trade facilities (LC, BG, TR, etc.), and other banking services.
• Maintain up-to-date records of banking facilities, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
• Assist in loan and banking facility renewals, applications, and documentation processes.
• Monitor and track compliance with financial covenants and reporting obligations.
• Support management in optimizing cash utilization across projects and group entities.
• Prepare periodic cash flow reports covering cash positions, debt schedules, and bank utilization summaries.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Project teams to align payment and collection schedules.
• Support audit and compliance activities related to finance and banking matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or basic accounting exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
