Job Description

  1. Prepare payment proposals in SAP according to approved payment schedules.
  2. Raise payments through online banking platform.
  3. Verify payment details and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained before payment execution.
  4. Coordinate with finance GL team to ensure sufficient funding for scheduled payments.
  5. Clear vendor payments in SAP once payments have been successfully processed.
  6. Work with finance GL team to reconcile bank transactions with SAP records.
