What You'll Do
- Create and maintain highquality master data across key data objects to keep business operations running smoothly.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance by reviewing supporting documents and validating information before system updates.
- Partner with the Master Data Management (MDM) team to ensure data requests are processed accurately and on time.
- Support stakeholders across functions by providing guidance on master data, audit trails, and issue resolution.
- Investigate and resolve data issues that arise after updates, working closely with relevant teams.
- Contribute to adhoc projects that improve data quality, reporting, or system efficiency.
- Review and improve MDM processes and tools, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and boost productivity.

What We're Looking For
- Open for students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement or interested students up to their final year in their program.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to manage documents and data accurately
- Comfortable working with numbers, basic reconciliation, and spreadsheets (Excel)
- Willing to learn new systems and tools (e.g. SAP or internal portals)
- Good communication and followup skills to coordinate with different teams.
- Minimum attachment period of 6 months.
- Willing to be based at Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
