Job Description & Responsibilities
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Assist with data entry of financial transactions, invoice processing, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
- Financial Reporting: Support month-end/year-end closing, reconcile bank accounts, and prepare, maintain, or update financial reports, schedules, and dashboards.
- Audit & Compliance: Assist in documenting internal controls, supporting audit walkthroughs, and managing tax compliance schedules.
- General Support: Organize and maintain digital/physical financial records, and perform administrative tasks for the finance department.
- Analysis: Assist with variance analysis, performance metrics (KPIs), and potentially explore AI tools for efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) is crucial; familiarity with accounting software or AI tools is often preferred.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining financial integrity.
