Job Description

Job Description:

  • Ensure timely completion of work assigned with high accuracy
  • Assist the Accounts Payable team and all activities within these functions
  • Perform verification to the details of various vendors, and validation of Accounts Payable invoices in a timely manner
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information and reports for assigned tasks.
  • Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
  • Assist in evidence gathering for external and internal audits
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by superior.
  • Emphasize teamwork and to provide assistance to the team by handling daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Second or third year student of Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and highly adaptable with a good attitude
  • Basic accounting knowledge and willing to work with data entry tasks
  • Good and approachable interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum 3 months internship
