What you'll be doing:
- Assist day-to-day Finance Operations side of the business
- Performing daily office tasks, such as data entry, examining financial records to check for accuracy, etc;
- Assisting with the preparation of month end close, tax reporting and statutory audit of group entities;
- Documenting standard operating procedures and give suggestions for process improvement;
- Contribute to department and organization special projects as assigned;
- Remaining flexible and responsive to additional responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as and when needed
What we'd love to have for the role include:
- Undergraduates or final-year students majoring in Accounting or any related field
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter
