- Manage accounts receivable and collections, working closely with Account Management and business owners to drive timely payments.
- Manage and plan upcoming vendor, payroll, statutory and operational payments, ensuring these are accurately reflected in cash-flow forecasts.
- Prepare timely monthly management accounts and finance dashboards covering revenue, gross profit, OPEX, EBITDA, cash and receivables.
- Manage budgets and rolling forecasts, including budget vs actual analysis and variance reporting.
- Track project and client profitability, including revenue, direct costs and margins, and flag underperforming accounts.
- Coordinate statutory and finance compliance requirements, including tax, SST, audit, payroll-related and other regulatory deadlines.
- Maintain accurate reconciliations, financial records and effective financial controls and processes.
- Ensure the day-to-day Finance function runs effectively, including guiding junior team members where applicable and ensuring deadlines and processes are followed through.
- Support financial reporting and coordination across REFORM's regional operations as required.
- Provide leadership with clear financial insights, risks and recommended actions.
