Description
- Lead Financial Close & Reporting - Oversee all monthend closing activities with support from the shared services team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage Cash Flow & Compliance - Monitor and manage company cash flow while ensuring full compliance with corporate policies, statutory requirements, and tax/GST/SST obligations.
- Strengthen Controls & Governance - Maintain robust internal controls and ensure they operate effectively in line with corporate standards.
- Drive Planning, Forecasting & Performance Insights - Partner with business and functional leaders to shape growth strategies, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver insightful variance analysis against plans and prior periods.
Profile
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Industry expertise in Manufacturing or other industrial sectors are necessary.
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges.
- Proven leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a finance team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
