FINANCE MANAGER / ACCOUNTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data and producing timely management reporting.
• Analyse revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of accounts department.
• Supervise employees, including recruiting and training.
• Review and assessments of procedures, policies and systems to facilitate expansion and scaling of the business.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5-10 years experience in finance / accounting role (in the travel industry is preferred).
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and decision making skills.
• Time management skills.
