Position Title: Finance Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM10,000 - RM13,000

Responsibilities

1. Ensure timely preparation of monthly management Account and responsible for the audit, secretarial, tax, GST and insurance matters of the company.
2. Liaise with external auditors, bankers, company secretary, tax agents and customs to ensure compliance with statutory legislation.
3. Responsible for the corporate finance of the company.
4. Responsible to verify and approve payment vouchers, staff claims before issuance.
5. Organize yearly physical inventory count.
6. Responsible preparation yearly budgeting.
7. Responsible to understand ITG's Quality Management Systems and Quality Policy.
8. Report security incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities to the Information Security Officer.
9. Participate in information security awareness training programs.
10. Ensure the secure handling of information, particularly sensitive or confidential data, in daily tasks.
11. Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual security obligations.
12. Follow information security policies, procedures, and guidelines as established by the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS :
