Job Responsibilities

1. Overall management of the factory's full-cycle financial work, establish and optimize financial management systems compliant with Malaysian financial and taxation regulations, covering bookkeeping, tax declaration (SST, income tax, etc.), fund management and cost control to ensure overall financial compliance.

2. Lead the factory's financial accounting and financial statement preparation, timely issue bilingual (Chinese & English) financial reports, coordinate with headquarters and local Malaysian regulatory authorities to meet internal and external data reporting requirements.

3. Take charge of local and cross-border tax planning and implementation, focus on sales tax (SST) declaration, import & export tax handling, tax exemption application for manufacturing enterprises, avoid financial and tax risks and reduce tax costs effectively.

4. Manage the factory's fund operation, formulate capital plans, control fund transactions including procurement payment, salary disbursement and tax payment, ensure stable cash flow coordinate with local banks and handle foreign exchange settlement related matters.

5. Build the factory's cost accounting system, conduct full-process cost control and analysis for cosmetic glass bottle production (raw material procurement, production consumption, finished product warehousing) and provide financial support for production decision-making.

6. Cooperate in factory internal control management, formulate financial management rules and processes, supervise fund receipt and payment, asset inventory and other works to prevent financial risks coordinate with external audits and customs inspections.

7. Supervise the general ledger accountant to carry out daily work, complete team division, training and assessment, improve the team's professional competence and work efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Accounting, Financial Management or other relevant accounting majors candidates with CPA, ACCA or other professional certificates are preferred.

2. Ethnic Chinese, aged 40 years old or below, fluent in both Chinese and English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to handle financial documents, tax declarations and daily work communication in both languages proficiently.

3. At least 5 years of working experience in financial management, priority will be given to candidates with working experience in manufacturing industry (especially production-oriented factories) familiar with Malaysian financial and taxation laws and regulations, as well as import and export tax handling is a plus.

4. Proficient in full-cycle bookkeeping, cost accounting and tax declaration, capable of independently building financial systems, with strong capabilities in financial analysis, fund control and risk prevention.

5. Excellent team management and communication coordination skills, rigorous and meticulous in work, strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to the work rhythm during the factory's construction and operation period.

6. Willing to work in Malaysia for a long term, with cross-border financial work experience is preferred.
