Finance Manager

My client is a leading European manufacturer of building materials solutions. They are looking to hire a Finance Manager in their manufacturer plant in Ulu Tiram.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance, treasury, and internal control functions in accordance with group policies and governance standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including corporate tax, SST/GST, withholding tax, and external audits.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and best practices aligned with the company's business objectives and group direction.
• Manage and optimize working capital, cash flow, and overall financial performance to support sustainable growth.
• Prepare and communicate financial reports and business insights to management teams across Asia and Germany.
• Oversee standard costing processes and maintain the accuracy of raw material and finished goods costing.
• Lead the management and enhancement of the company's IT systems, including data integrity and cybersecurity.
• Partner with the MD/GM and functional leaders by providing financial analysis, commercial insights, and decision support to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of finance function with plant & manufacturing background
• ERP knowledge is an advantage
