Finance Manager

We're Hiring: Group Finance Manager

Location: Malaysia

We're looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead our corporate finance function and support the Group's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group financial reporting, consolidation, and Bursa Malaysia reporting.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and financing facilities.
• Oversee tax compliance, tax planning, and statutory requirements.
• Manage the holding company's finance operations, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
• Support M&A, corporate exercises, financial modelling, and Board reporting.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting with CPA, ACCA, CA(M), or equivalent.
• MIA membership is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Group reporting and consolidation, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
