A leading player in the agriculture industry is looking for their next Finance Manager to strengthen their consolidation and reporting function.
Your new role
- Oversee the end-to-end financial consolidation activities for the Group on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Produce and review periodic statutory financial reports in line with reporting timelines and regulatory standards
- Spearhead the annual Group consolidation exercise, including preparation of key components of the Annual Report
- Ensure all financial outputs meet compliance requirements, with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines
- Collaborate with various internal teams to obtain and validate necessary financial inputs for reporting purposes
- Serve as a central coordination point for financial reporting matters across departments
- Address custom reporting needs and provide financial insights on an ad-hoc basis
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting workflows, controls, and efficiency within the finance function
- Contribute to broader finance initiatives and support management with additional responsibilities when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Accounting / Finance and a professional accounting qualification.
- Prior background in Big 4 Audit as an external auditor.
- Proven experience working with Public Listed Companies (PLC)
- Exposure to group consolidation and complex multi-entity structures
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and consolidation principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - articulate and confident in stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
