Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.
Lead the finance team in handling accounts payable, receivables, and payroll.
Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are preferred.
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
