About the Role

Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the Malaysia market. Oversee overall finance and accounting matters, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory audit requirements. Evaluate and analyze capital requirements for projects.

• Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the Malaysia market.

• Evaluate and analyze capital requirements for projects.
• Develop financing plans and optimization strategies to support mid- to long-term projects.
• Manage and optimize the company's overall financing cost.
• Implement comprehensive risk management strategies to safeguard financial assets.
• Conduct financial risk management assessments.
• Monitor and manage cash flow at the group, company, project, and ad-hoc levels.
• Implement effective cash flow management practices.
• Provide assistance in limited legal matters related to finance and accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional finance qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager role.
• Strong understanding of financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of tax and statutory audit requirements.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
