Your new role
- Lead FP&A activities for supply chain finance
- Act as finance business partner to supply chain and manufacturing teams
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports
- Perform cost projections and variance analysis
- Manage inventory and optimise working capital
- Ensure accurate product costing to support NPD initiatives
- Drive cost reduction initiatives across supply chain operations
- Support CAPEX projects and ROI evaluation
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA/MIA)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, ideally FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing and financial reporting standards
- Familiarity with GST/SST requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
