Finance Manager

About the Role

Responsibilities Provide support in financial analysis & such as cost reduction, revision of operational performance, capital expenditure justification, cost and benefits analysis & product costing.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of products costing manufacturing accounts eg Standard Product Costing, Bill of Material (BOM)
• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts, preparing financial and management report, annual budget and monthly forecasts, customer profitability and cost analysis
• Monitoring and managing the Company's working capital
• Reviewing and ensuring effective credit management
• Responsible for maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedures in the Company
• Initiate, lead and manage system improvement projects and internal controls
• To assist in preparing the presentation pack for the monthly Management and/or Board of Directors meeting
• Develop and formally/informally train and coach direct report
• Responsible in all other Finance driven initiatives which includes stock count, investment appraisal and etc as assigned by the Superior.

Qualifications

• Possess professional accounting qualification for CIMA
• 5-7 years of relevant working experience in managing full set of Accounting in manufacturing industry
• Able to interact and communicate with persons within and external parties
• Ensure accuracy in the reports, analysis and commentaries given
• Possess positive, and forward-looking attitude
• Possess analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to details
• Knowledge of SAP system, TIPS Industry solutions will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a challenging environment with minimum supervision and guidance
• Willing to work in Banting (near KLIA, Sepang)
