Role Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. This role supports management with accurate financial information and ensures compliance with statutory and group requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with MFRS / statutory / tax requirements
• Coordinate external audits, tax agents, and company secretaries
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and finance processes
• Support group reporting and consolidation requirements
• Lead, coach, and supervise finance team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• ACCA / CA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Minimum 5–8 years relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting and tax regulations
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to meet reporting deadlines
• Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience with accounting systems / ERP and strong Excel skills
