About our client:
Our client, a growing and established group involved in construction, property and related industries, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support business growth initiatives. 70% Work From Home with approximately 20% Travelling Required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including monthly closing and financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and overall financial planning activities
- Oversee banking facilities, payment processes and supplier management
- Prepare management reports, financial analysis and business performance updates for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, audit and regulatory matters
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities
- Monitor project costing, operational expenses and financial controls across projects/business units
- Lead, mentor and supervise the finance and accounting team
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 6-8 years of relevant finance/accounting management experience
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, property or related industries will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/software
