Job Summary
- Manage full spectrum of finance operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making
- Partner closely with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and efficiency
- Monitor financial performance, cost controls, and KPI reporting
- Lead audit, tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance matters
- Support process improvements, system implementations, and finance transformation initiatives
- Participate in business expansion, investment evaluation, and strategic planning activities
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MICPA, or equivalent are an added advantage
- At least 5 years of progressive experience and exposure in leading & guiding a team.
- Relevant experience in IT,Telecommunications or related industries
- Strong analytical mindset with good business acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Working Location & Mode:
- Petaling Jaya, Selangor
- 5 Days on-site
Remuneration:
MYR 8,000 - MYR 12,000
