Description
- Lead global cash flow and liquidity management activities to support the company's overall financial strength and flexibility
- Manage foreign exchange exposures and transactions in compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance treasury policies, processes, and controls to improve operational efficiency and risk management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and business teams to forecast cash requirements and support funding strategies
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to optimize services and terms
- Prepare and deliver insightful financial analysis and reports to senior leadership to support informed decision-making
- Monitor financial markets and macroeconomic trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities impacting treasury operations
Profile
A Successful Finance Manager (Japanese Speaker) Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory)
- Min 4 years of experience in AP/AR OR GL
- Proficiency in English & Japanese (min JLPT N2)
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations and cash flow management. Candidate with AP/AR or RTR is an added advantage
- Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a large organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
