Finance Manager (Manufacturing Account)

The Finance Manager (Manufacturing Account) will oversee and manage all financial operations related to the manufacturing unit, ensuring accurate financial reporting and cost analysis. Key responsibilities include managing cost accounting processes, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and providing strategic recommendations to improve financial performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tanjong Malim, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business goals.

• Strong expertise in Cost Accounting and a solid understanding of Accounting principles
• Proven Financial and Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance and drive decision-making
• Experience in Financial Reporting, including preparing and presenting accurate financial statements
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet tools
